Job Description
We seek an experienced Travel Service Officer to manage flight/hotel bookings, ticketing, reissues, cancellations, packages, travel insurance, visa advice, and itineraries. Handle inquiries (calls, email, walk-ins), maintain systems, and coordinate with corporate/sub-agents. Requirements: 2–4 years in a travel agency (IATA preferred), strong Amadeus/Sabre/GDS skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
