Job Description
Join 2poshbeauty as a Sales Representative. Greet and assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and offer beauty advice across all sections. Explain product features, usage, and benefits; upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales. Maintain attractive displays, organized shelves, and store cleanliness. Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash/card payments. Stay current on new arrivals, promotions, and beauty trends. Build strong customer relationships, encourage repeat business, resolve complaints politely and escalate when needed. Assist with stocktaking, inventory management, and restocking. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, New grad.
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
