Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Manager at 360aid Network Limited based in Trade Fair, Lagos (full-time, on-site). Salary: ₦120,00/month. You will lead store sales for hair and luxury beauty products, drive revenue, develop simple marketing and social media campaigns, supervise and train sales staff, ensure excellent customer service and timely complaint resolution, monitor performance to meet targets, and stay current on industry trends. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing preferred, 2–3 years’ managerial sales experience (beauty/hair or luxury retail preferred), strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills, POS/Microsoft Office proficiency, polished appearance, and availability for flexible hours including weekends.
