Job Description
The Account Clerk at 5ivers Company LTD supports the finance team with daily bookkeeping and record keeping. Responsibilities include recording sales, expenses, and receipts; maintaining ledgers and accounting records; preparing bank deposit slips and cash reconciliations; assisting with account balancing, supplier invoice checks, and payment schedules; filing invoices and receipts; and supporting payroll preparation and report assistance. Candidates should have basic accounting knowledge, proficiency with Excel or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books), strong attention to detail, good organization, and high integrity. Job Type: Full-time.
