Job Description
7treads Consults is seeking a full-time Call Center Sales Executive (Telesales) in Ikeja, Lagos. You will call existing and prospective customers to promote products and services, accurately record and process orders, and use company sales scripts to handle objections. Key duties include generating qualified leads for outside sales, managing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, building relationships for repeat business, and consistently meeting daily and monthly call and sales targets. Candidates should hold an OND, HND, or B.Sc and have 1–3 years of telesales or call center experience. Strong communication, product knowledge, and a results-driven attitude are required.
