Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first contact for guests, ensuring timely service.
- Manage guest communication and feedback.
- Oversee the quality of check-ins and check-outs.
- Conduct inspections and audits for quality control.
- Supervise on-site staff and handle guest complaints.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience in hospitality or property management.
- Organized and proactive problem-solver.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
