Job Description
Lead the VAS and Digital Services team to develop, launch, and optimize value-added services and digital products. Oversee product roadmap, partner relations, monetization strategies, and cross-functional delivery with engineering, marketing, and operations. Define KPIs, manage P&L, and ensure quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Require 5+ years in digital product or VAS management, strong analytical and commercial skills, experience with partners and agile delivery, and excellent communication and leadership. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Passion for digital innovation and customer-centric product development required.
