Job Description
We are seeking a Regional Consumer Sales Manager to lead and grow consumer sales across the region. You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage and coach a team of sales professionals, build strong relationships with retailers and distributors, and drive market share and revenue growth. Responsibilities include setting targets, analyzing market data, forecasting, coordinating with marketing, and ensuring excellent execution at retail. Qualifications: 5+ years in consumer/FMCG sales, proven leadership, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
