Job Description
Sytiamo Microlending is seeking a passionate and experienced Deposit Mobilization Manager to spearhead our fundraising initiatives aimed at empowering women through microloans. Your primary mission will be to achieve a target of ₦100 million in deposits each month by leveraging your extensive client base and networking skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in deposit mobilization or financial services.
- Strong portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
- Results-driven and a strategic thinker.
Compensation:
- Base salary: ₦500,00 monthly.
- Total up to ₦1,00,00 with target achievement.
