Job Description
Agu.ng is seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Supervisor to join our team in Abuja. You will oversee daily retail operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and nurturing a high-performing team.
Your responsibilities will include supervising and training sales staff, managing inventory, handling customer inquiries professionally, and analyzing sales performance to boost results. You’ll ensure the store’s layout reflects our brand standards.
Requirements include at least 3 years of retail experience in a supervisory role, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts is necessary.
