Job Description
Alert Microfinance Bank is seeking a skilled Regional Manager for our Ibadan location. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for overseeing operations and driving growth within Alert Microfinance Bank and Auto Bucks, managing a team of branch managers, and implementing strategic initiatives.
Qualifications include strong leadership skills, current experience as a Branch Manager in a microfinance bank, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are a must.
