Job Description
Khenpro Global Services is seeking an HR/Admin Manager for a food production client in the QSR sector. This full-time, on-site role is based in Lagos and involves overseeing human resources and administrative functions.
The HR/Admin Manager will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll, performance management, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, 5-8 years of experience in the retail service industry, and strong HR management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are essential for handling employee grievances and ensuring operational efficiency while contributing to company culture.
