Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. You will also assist in project management and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
