You will answer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
You will also develop a deep understanding of YangaBeauty products, assisting with order management, tracking shipments, and handling delivery or return issues. Collecting and reporting customer feedback will be essential to enhance our offerings.
