Job Description
Stardust Technologies is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive schedules and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence
- Handle confidential information professionally
- Organize meetings and events
- Assist with presentations and conduct research
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant
- Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Compensation: ₦200,00 monthly plus benefits

- Able to Work in a Team
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- No Criminal Record
- Good Communication Skills
