Job Description
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented leader with a passion for design and execution? Larryshem Limited is seeking a Project Manager to oversee architectural and interior design projects from start to finish. Located in the Lekki Axis, our company specializes in creating inspiring spaces.
Responsibilities: Manage projects end-to-end, coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, track timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensure quality and safety, and resolve any project issues.
Qualifications: A BSc in Architecture or Engineering, a minimum of 5 years in design/build project management, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with project management tools. PMP certification is a plus.
