Job Description

Philban Consulting Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant/Office Administrator to support our Managing Director, who works remotely. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in tools such as Excel, Canva, and PowerPoint.

The responsibilities include email monitoring, diary management, facilitating supplier registrations, providing administrative support, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month

Qualifications: Higher National Diploma (preferred), 1 year of experience as an Admin Officer (required), and residing close to Ikeja.
