Job Description

MISHRA Global is seeking a proactive Business Executive Assistant to support our expanding operations. This hybrid role involves administrative tasks alongside HR operations, client relations, brand engagement, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR administrative tasks and internal coordination.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and business partners.
  • Assist in drafting business proposals and partnership activities.
  • Coordinate social media content and maintain our digital brand presence.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and provide executive support.
  • Engage in learning and development for growth.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc Degree with 2 years of experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HR, client service, or brand management.
  • Excellent writing and MS Office skills.
  • Must own a personal laptop and be on-site 3-4 times weekly.
  • Eager to learn in a dynamic setting.
