Job Description
ACDC Dynamics South Africa is seeking an experienced HR/IR Officer to support the Group HR/ER Manager. This key role involves managing employee and industrial relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, addressing employee grievances, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies.
- Manage recruitment from job postings to onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2 – 4 years of HR industry experience.
