Job Description
Work Bridge Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our team in Abuja. This full-time position offers a competitive salary between NGN 250,00 – 400,00.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in construction project management and a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Civil Engineering or a related field. Responsibilities include overseeing daily site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D is required. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.
