Job Description
Ganfeng Lithium Industry Limited is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our Purchase Officer in daily operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Purchase Officer.
- Assist in preparing purchase orders and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers on order confirmations and deliveries.
- Maintain organized procurement activity records.
- Schedule meetings and take minutes.
- Handle purchase-related communications.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND/BSc in Business Administration or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Salary: N150,00 – N200,00 Monthly.
