Job Description
Toyin Olatunbosun and Partners is seeking experienced Male and Female Estate Surveyors with a strong background in property management and valuation. Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. A minimum qualification of HND is required, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities include conducting property valuations, managing various properties, preparing reports, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Candidates should hold a B.Sc or HND in Estate Management and have proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
