Job Description
About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Liaison Officer to serve as a critical link between our Sales and Warehouse departments. This role ensures smooth coordination of product movement, oversees stock and payment reconciliations, and maintains high standards of reporting and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaison between Sales and Warehouse teams for timely stock dispatches.
- Authorize product movements according to sales orders.
- Generate daily reports on stock and sales activities.
- Monitor payment inflows and track statuses.
- Perform daily reconciliations of stock and payments.
- Manage customer receivables and resolve outstanding issues.
- Report to the Chloe office daily for coordination.
