Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team at West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE). The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and multitasking skills to efficiently manage various administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include scheduling meetings, preparing reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining effective communication across departments. A minimum of three years of experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required.
