Job Description
Truebelle Nigeria Limited is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is primarily onsite, with a hybrid work model starting from the second month.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent sales conversion skills and social media proficiency. Responsibilities include processing online orders, converting leads into sales, answering phone calls, and addressing customer inquiries via email and social media.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, have at least one year of e-commerce and sales experience, and be fluent in spoken English.
