Job Description
We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts at Kimberly Ryan Limited. This role involves managing the recruitment process from start to finish, implementing innovative strategies to attract top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include aligning recruitment plans with organizational needs, collaborating with internal stakeholders, enhancing our employer brand, and leading a team of HR Recruitment Analysts.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, and a CIPM certification. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
