Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable.
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Assist with patient registration and verify documents.
- Provide information on clinic services and procedures.
- Guide patients to appropriate departments.
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments.
- Address patient complaints professionally.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Liaise with doctors and staff for smooth communication.
- Perform basic administrative duties.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
- Two years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain records.
- Proficient in computer systems and MS Office.
