Job Description
Helean Global Limited, a premier Human Resource Solution Provider based in Lagos, Nigeria, is seeking candidates for the position of HR Factory Support. This full-time role is located in Mowe, Ogun.
The HR Factory Support will manage daily HR activities within the factory, oversee the sourcing and onboarding of factory workers, create salary files, handle performance management, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related fields, have at least 3 years of factory HR experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Salary ranges from N170,00 to N200,00 monthly (Net).
