Job Description
AOL Consult is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Property Valuation Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and demonstrate the ability to execute valuation assignments across all asset classes, utilizing various methodologies in compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include conducting property inspections, preparing high-quality valuation reports, and analyzing market data.
Applicants should have a Degree in Estate Management, Land Economics, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Professional qualifications (e.g., NIESV, RICS) are an advantage. Salary: NGN 75,00 – 150,00 plus commission.
