Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Bole Chef to grill plantain, yam, and fish using traditional techniques. Key responsibilities include managing the cooking area, ensuring hygiene and food safety standards, and prepping ingredients.
Requirements: previous experience as a bole vendor or grilled food cook, passion for Nigerian street food, excellent grilling skills, politeness, and ability to multitask.
