Job Description
The Agric&Culture Company, a fast-growing Food Condiments Manufacturing Company, is looking for a motivated Territory Sales Officer in Lagos. This full-time position focuses on driving performance, building relationships, and increasing market share of our high-quality mayonnaise and seasoning products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and own a specific territory.
- Develop relationships with existing customers and prospects.
- Increase product penetration and sales volume.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience, preferably in food products.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and possess a smartphone.
Compensation: 250K/month plus commissions and performance bonuses.
