Job Description
Movam Technologies Limited is looking for dedicated Recovery Officers to join our Operations team in the South West, North Central, and South South regions. As a Recovery Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining financial health by facilitating timely debt recovery through field visits, negotiations, and repossession actions when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct visits to collect overdue payments.
- Engage with unresponsive customers via phone, SMS, and other methods.
- Repossess FMCG and household items as needed.
- Manage resale of repossessed goods.
- Coordinate with law enforcement when necessary.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in loan recovery or debt management, strong communication skills, and existing relationships with law enforcement.
