Job Description
TeamAce is seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Operations Lead to ensure our customers receive outstanding service while managing order fulfillment and operational efficiency. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, overseeing the seamless execution of our processes.
Responsibilities:
- Handle calls and inquiries professionally.
- Manage order processing and delivery.
- Address customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain smooth operational workflows.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.

Salary: N200,00 – N300,00 Monthly.
