Job Description
INDUSTRY: Hospitality (Event Management)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in events management, facility management, hospitality, or related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and calendar scheduling tools.
- Strong knowledge of safety measures and risk management.
- Excellent marketing and promotional skills.
- Experience with vendor and facility management.
- Strong planning, organizing, and reporting skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand event needs and manage bookings.
- Resolve client queries and ensure smooth vendor coordination.
- Oversee event setup and teardown, ensuring timely maintenance.
- Monitor vendor activities and staff performance during events.
