Job Description
Vinsighte Limited is seeking a Human Resource Officer to oversee recruitment, support employee relations, and ensure a positive work environment in Lagos. This full-time position offers a salary range of NGN 150,00 – 250,00, negotiable based on experience.
Key responsibilities include managing the recruitment lifecycle, maintaining employee records, implementing HR policies, and coordinating training programs. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields and a minimum of 2 years of HR management experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
