Job Description
TeamAce is seeking an IT Support Officer to manage daily IT functions, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with inventory systems and warehouse-related technologies. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, install and maintain computer systems and networks, and ensure the smooth operation of warehouse technology.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Install and configure computer systems and networks.
- Monitor and maintain inventory and warehouse management software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an IT support role.
Salary: N250,00 – N300,00 Monthly.
