Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor (QS) to provide expert advice on construction costs, contracts, and procurement. The QS will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage construction budgets
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress
- Analyze construction contracts
- Collaborate with architects and engineers
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, certified by NIQS or QSRBN, at least 5 years experience, and proficiency in MS Office.
