Job Description
We at D44 Technologies are seeking a Customer Care Executive to provide exceptional support to our clients. This role involves addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall satisfaction as the primary point of contact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with new customers post-installation.
- Manage and record customer complaints.
- Identify business expansion opportunities with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare reports on client activity and metrics.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
- 2-3 years of customer service experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Pay: ₦140,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month
