Job Description
Montaigne Place is seeking a dedicated HR & Admin Executive to manage facilities issues, fleet management, and staff performance. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate staff attendance records, overseeing day-to-day operations of our head office, and conducting recruitment processes.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or HND in a numerate discipline, with 2-5 years of relevant experience. Proximity to Victoria Island is mandatory. Additional benefits include competitive remuneration, health insurance, and performance-based bonuses.
Work schedule is Monday to Saturday, with one Saturday off monthly.
