Elevation Craft is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Manager to oversee all customer journey touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and gratifying experience. The ideal candidate will excel in relationship-building, complaint resolution, and service excellence, both online and in-person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage professionally with customers via various channels.

- Oversee order tracking and collaborate with logistics teams.

Requirements:
