Job Description
Awatown is seeking an enthusiastic Architect or Space Designer to assist with space planning and technical documentation for a modular youth facility in Abuja. The ideal candidate will translate schematic concepts into detailed layouts, create 3D visuals, and produce technical drawings suitable for construction. A minimum qualification of HND and at least 1 year of experience in space planning is required. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential.
This role necessitates strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the project team. Experience in modular or community-oriented projects is a plus.
