Job Description

We are looking to hire an HR and Admin Manager for our client, a Downstream Gas Company. The ideal candidate will manage HR and administrative functions for efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities Include:

• Recruiting and onboarding new employees
• Addressing employee relations and resolving workplace issues
• Ensuring policy compliance and implementing HR procedures
• Handling performance management and employee training
• Overseeing payroll and benefits administration
• Managing office operations and vendor relationships

Requirements:

• BSc/HND in a related field
• 3-4 years of experience, preferably in the downstream gas sector
• Proficient in HR software with knowledge of labor laws
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
