Job Description/Requirements
Our client, a fast-growing Real Estate company, is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team and elevate their brand across multiple social media platforms.
Location: Hybrid (Mostly remote with occasional on-site presence at Lekki)
Experience: 1–3 years
Industry: Real Estate
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter(X).
2. Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging, and viral content that aligns with brand identity.
3. Monitor daily activities on our social media platforms, including posting, responding to comments and DMs, and engaging with followers.
4. Run targeted social media campaigns to promote products, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
5. Generate data-driven reports and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
6. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
7. Staying up-to-date with social media and digital marketing trends
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing (Real Estate background is a plus).
- Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in social media marketing and optimization (SMM & SMO).
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and make improvements
