Job Description
- The client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring the highest standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of all hotel departments (front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, etc.)
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through quality service and prompt issue resolution
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise hotel staff
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hotel services and increase occupancy
- Maintain and enhance the hotel’s online presence and reputation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage team collaboration
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Monitor revenue streams, control costs, and improve profitability
- Conduct regular safety checks and implement emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and systems (e.g., PMS, CRM).
