Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Estate Surveyor, located in Ibadan. The Estate Surveyor will be responsible for managing landlord/tenant matters, administering leases, handling property management, performing asset valuations, and providing consultancy services related to property acquisition and disposal. Daily tasks include site visits, client meetings, market analysis, negotiation of lease terms, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Landlord/Tenant Matters, Lease Administration, and Leases
- Proficiency in Property Management and related practices
- Experience with Valuation of properties and assets
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Surveying, or a related field
Membership with relevant professional bodies is a plus
