Job Position: Sale Administrator / Representative
Job Location: Ajao Estate, Lagos

Description
- We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable sales administrator / representative to manage our purchase orders and invoices, production process, bagging and sealing of products marketing of products to supper stores and marts.
- In this role, you will verify customer information, relay order instructions, and complete monthly sales reports.
- To ensure success, sales administrators should have experience in a sales environment and administrative skills.
- Outstanding sales administrators understand sales performance metrics and provide excellent Service.
Responsibilities
- Taking calls from customer and implementing the order.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Implementing order processing/assuring Validity of order (valid order, conditions as regards customer/staff indebtedness, payment terms, etc).
- Keeping records of sales and marketing activities.
- Communicating new company sales policies to field force/customers as per Standard operation policy.
- Keeping the office neat.
- Database management and communicating via SMS to relevant groups.
Requirements
- OND, ND, NCE, BSC, HND in Business Administration or any relevant field.
- Previous experience in sales admin or a similar role.
- Good marketing knowledge.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of administrative record keeping.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office suite.
- Must reside within Ajao Estate, Oshodi/Isolo, Ejigbo or Idimu Axis.
