Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Ticketing and Reservation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing ticket sales and reservations for our customers.
Your primary duties will include coordinating ticketing processes, assisting customers with reservations, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of ticketing systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
