Job Description

Job Summary: LUCKY FIBRE is seeking an enthusiastic Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility. You will manage a team, build relationships with distributors and retailers, and implement strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute sales plans to meet targets.
• Onboard new distributors and channel partners.
• Support and monitor sales team performance.
• Maintain customer relationships for brand loyalty.
• Conduct market visits for product assessment.

Key Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, 4-6 years in FMCG or beauty sales, and strong leadership skills.
