Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sous Chef passionate about providing exceptional dining experiences. You will work alongside the Head Chef to inspire the kitchen team and maintain our culinary standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen activities during busy shifts.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
- Train and supervise line cooks while enforcing hygiene practices.
- Conduct line checks and manage inventory readiness.
- Collaborate with the inventory manager on special menus and events.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of culinary experience in a high-end kitchen.
- Culinary Diploma preferred.
- Strong multitasking and kitchen management skills.
- Must be based in Abuja.
