Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and project management, ensuring accurate cost estimation and financial oversight from project inception to completion.
Key responsibilities include preparing tender documents, managing budgets, and conducting feasibility studies. The Quantity Surveyor will also collaborate with architects and engineers to optimize project performance and mitigate risks.
Qualifications include a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in the industry. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in cost management software are essential.
